Help A Sista Out

I'm still using up all of my free time on this mix cd. Hence, no interesting news from me.

But, I'd like to open a question to audience: Best song on the Garden State soundtrack? I figured that since its my favorite CD of '04, I should pick one song for my mix CD. But which one?

  1. I was going to put a different song than "Let Go," but I listened to it again, and Arvin's right.

  2. It depends on the mood you are wanting. I personally think that Iron & Wine's cover of "Such Great Heights" is a wonderful song. After that, I'd go with "Let Go."

But Frou Frou might win because it's not as depressing to listen to as Iron & Wine.

  3. I vote for Caring Is Creepy by The Shins, but that's because I love The Shins. A lot. A LOT!!!

  5. Hi there Ms Justice. Your site is much more fun than that public defender dude's. I just started a blog of my own and I have a question. How do you and other defense attorneys represent someone who you know or are pretty certain is guilty of a crime. I know it's your job to maintain that the law was followed by investigators, but doesn't it disturb you that you may free a violent person who deserves to be in jail. Just curious, not taking a shot at you or other attorneys.

  6. I'd go with "LET GO" by Frou Frou and if you want to go Vintage put the "Only Boy in New York" by Simon and Garfunkle on there. (because it is a mix CD) mmmm I'm going to listen to that CD right now.

  7. I've always loved New Slang, which is also on the Scrubs soundtrack. They're apparently both heavily influenced by Braff's musical tastes, and they're really similar.
